Making A Difference Through Charitable Work
At Nichols Law Offices, PLLC, our professional team believes strongly in representing our clients with equal effort and robust representation every single day. We thrive on it. And we are proud of it. But we know that’s not enough.
We have come to the conclusion that we should all give back to our community and our world on a regular basis to leave this world a better place than when we came into it.
We think this is an obligation we all share.
With that in mind, we have determined to give back 5% of our time every year to make our world a little better place for everyone. Every month, everyone in the firm donates a full day of their time to a charitable organization determined by a different employee for that month and contributes their time as a team to that organization in our community. In this way, we feel that we are giving back some of the good fortune that we and our clients have shared as we work together to help our clients achieve their goals.

Thank you for having us!
“Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum interprets the broad and deep history of Chittenango Landing: the land, air, water, and people by engaging the public through educational and recreational programming. While preserving and interpreting the recreated 19th century dry dock complex, the museum fosters connections between the past and present in the Old Erie Canal State Historic Park.”

We worked in their memorial garden, creating a walkway, weeding, mulching, enlarging and edging and adding flowers and planters.
Their mission statement is as follows: “To provide supportive housing and a variety of professional services for homeless women and their children in an environment that empowers them to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to increase their self sufficiency.”
The residence has been serving Syracuse for over 30 years and has had a success rate of over 90% with the women and children they help.
March 23, 2018, Nicole and Hadisa helping to set up for a fundraiser for Paige’s Butterfly Run – an annual Syracuse event raising funds to fight childhood cancer, and provide respite to families from out of town who are here while their children are being treated at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Syracuse, New York.
